If you are more than 30 minutes late for your booking it will be cancelled and the time slot opened to other customers.
Check in at the third floor desk with one piece of photo ID (and your library card if you haven't pre-booked).
Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your booking if you need any additional equipment (cameras, microphones, etc.).

The station is available during regular library hours, with one hour at the beginning and end of the day reserved for cleaning.
Only one booking per day allowed for the station, so a booking may take the full amount of time available that day.
Capacity is limited to one person in the room.
